The schedule will display by week, job & hours by default. You can easily switch between week & month, job & staff, and hours & dollars using the toggles above your calendar.



When viewing the forecast by job, all current (open) jobs for the selected time period are displayed on the left hand side. The number of total allocated hours is displayed under the appropriate week/month for each job. To get a better idea of how these hours are split across the tasks within that job, click the down arrow next to the job title and the tasks will display with the number of hours allocated to each one.
