The Team subscription includes:
10 Users - PlanRight automatically imports staff from WFM/XPM ready for planning. The first 10 users are included as part of your subscription.
Integration with XPM/WFM - PlanRight regularly syncs with WFM/XPM to keep your data up to date.
Capacity Tracking - Gives you excellent visibility of your team's capacity and allows you to plan your work accordingly.
Task Management - Record time, add notes and track the status of tasks.
Task reminder emails - These are sent automatically when tasks are due to start.
Forecast - An overview of your schedule over 12 weeks or 12 months. View by planned hours or dollars.
Premium
Premium includes all of the above plus:
Job Rollover - Our Rollover page enables you to create duplicates of jobs for the following month or year in bulk. Ideal for businesses that repeat the same client work monthly or annually.
Bookings - Schedule bookings using job numbers and tasks that have been imported into PlanRight from WorkFlowMax and Xero Practice Manager - perfect for companies that need to book times and locations of jobs.
Skills Matrix - Custom skill groups and self selection mean staff can assign their own skillsets and level of experience to allow workflow planners to choose the right people for the tasks.
Additional Staff
Additional staff are $50 p/m for each extra lot of 10 staff members. For example if you pick the Team subscription and have 20 staff in total that'll be $99 p/m.
PlanRight automatically imports all active staff from WFM. If you don't want to plan for all your staff, just archive the ones you don't want in PlanRight. You can do this by going to Settings > Users. Select the staff member you'd like to remove and click "Archive." You will not be charged for archived staff members.
