For example, assume you have a job where the last 80 hours need Christchurch-based staff. In the job planning screen, you can choose Christchurch as your location, so that you only see staff based in Christchurch:
Filtering down to Christchurch shows that we only have two staff members available, Aurif Shmee and Austin Mer:
However, the job isn’t due until 28 March, and it’s currently 12 February - so we can allocate the 80 remaining hours across both staff members, and still keep them at or below their capacity:
