NB: make sure that you understand how your data is used. Any data you sync to PlanRight, that is then changed, may be synced back to WFM/XPM.
If you have already signed up with us, you will most likely have a demo organisation already set up. This means you can add a new Organisation from within PlanRight. But don't worry, your dummy data isn't going anywhere. You can feel free to switch between active organisations at any time.
- From anywhere in PlanRight, you can either click your organisation name at the top of the page and follow with Add Organisation, or navigate to Settings -> Billing -> "Sounds Good Lets go"
- Depending on where you add your organisation, you may be asked about which planning mode you want to use. See here for details on picking your planning mode.
- After your organisation is named, select whether you wish to connect to WorkflowMax or Xero Practice Manager. Follow the cues when prompted to access WFM/XPM, you will be redirected back to PlanRight when your integration is successful.
NB: You must have third party application access enabled in your settings in either WFM or XPM. Otherwise, you will not have permissions to enable PlanRight to access your data!
- Lastly, now it's time to pick your sync mode. Take a look at our guide to picking your first sync mode.
