Task Defaults

Task Defaults rules are applied to all tasks that have a matching name. In order to match, the Task Name must start with the Task Default's Task Name value.

Fields for which default values can be set are:

- Task Type

- Effort (hours)

- Planned Date

- Due Date

- Code

These defaults are applied once only when the task is first synced. The Task Defaults values will only be used if the imported values were not already set in WFM.
