Entering Effort

When planning a job, you can enter the effort for each task. Effort can be entered as hours or as a percentage. When entering effort as a percentage, type the %, and the effort in hours will be automatically calculated based on the availability of the staff member.

When setting the effort for a task, you can enter a percentage, such as "50%", and it will be automatically converted into hours.
