This shows that he works Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day, and his expected productivity is 90%. In other words, his capacity is 7 hours and 12 minutes (90% of 8).
You can edit these details to reflect changes in circumstances.
For example, Alfonso may stop working on Fridays, or he may change to a different role, where his productivity only needs to be 70%. If Alfonso did both of these things, his user page would look like this:
